We are a Māori owned business that is passionate about the need for greater Māori representation across all levels of the public and corporate sectors

We are driven to increase representation of Māori in specialist roles across all levels of the organisations we work for. We acknowledge that there are still many areas where historically Māori have not been present and we work hard to ensure transferable skills are highlighted to widen the the range of roles that whānau are considered for.

We recognise that many of our most talented whānau live outside our largest cities so and we work with our clients to create workable solutions for remote working.

All of our staff have weekly Te Reo Māori tuition, and Te Ao Māori principles drive all of our activity.

As recruitment leaders, we embrace the opportunity to be champions of representation and inclusion, helping our clients to build innovative, happier and more productive workplaces.
