Kei te para huarahi mātou i waenganui i ngā Māori inati me ngā tūranga mātanga.
We create pathways between exceptional Māori and specialist roles.
As a recruiter of kaimahi Māori, we value the opportunity to serve across a wide range of kaupapa. Whether it be helping an Iwi identify their next Kaihautū, a not-for-profit organisation establishing their first Māori engagement role, or a large Government agency adding a Māori DCE to their executive team, we work to uphold the mana of both our candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
We work with our clients to agree the tikanga that will apply to the process for each of the kaupapa Māori assignments entrusted to us, and we provide a tailored, consultative service through the entire recruitment journey.
There are still many areas where historically Māori have not been present, and we work hard to ensure transferable skills are highlighted to widen the pools of whānau that are considered for roles.
Many of our most talented whānau live outside our largest cities, and we work with our clients to create workable solutions to remote working.
Underpinned by the values of manaakitanga, whanaungatanga and kaitiakitanga, we aim to provide a mana-enhancing experience for our candidates and clients alike.

Supported by our Pou Tiaki Kura Moeahu and Trevor Moeke, it is an honour to serve our clients and candidates from our tari in Te Whanganui-a-Tara and Tāmaki Makaurau. We acknowledge Iwi kāinga in both locations as holding Mana Whenua.
