We will only collection personal information that is necessary to deliver our services, including but not limited to: recruiting, consulting, and contracting for services; and information required for administration and invoicing (recruitment services).
Niche requests personal information about you when you request our services, including but not limited to:
- First and last name
- Street address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Working Visa
- Personal information provided in resumes such as references, education, employment qualifications, and competencies.
We collect personal details over the phone, in person, and/or via electronic means. Information is also collected from other parties with your express consent e.g., when conducting reference checks
Providing this information is optional, but if you choose not to provide this information, then we may be unable to provide recruitment services.
Use and disclosure of personal information:
We will use your personal information:
- To deliver our services, including recruiting, consulting, contracting for services, and information required for administration and invoicing.
Niche will not sell, assign, or rent your personal information. We will not disclose your personal information without your explicit consent, unless required by law. Niche may share your personal information to prospective employers in order to deliver our services.
Niche may continue to retain and use personal data collected during the recruitment process to consider you for new positions.
Accessing and correcting your personal information
You have the right to access your personal information that we hold, and to correct that information if it is incorrect. If we determine it is relevant to keep the original information on file, we will take steps to note on our file that you requested the correction.
Data security
Niche will take all reasonable steps to keep personal information held secure. We use multi-factor authentication in our security protocol and have encrypted backups of our information. When electronic information is no longer required it is permanently destroyed. When physical information is no longer required it is placed in a locked confidential security bin and destroyed or shredded.
