Ka mahi tahi mātou me ngā iwi, ngā kaupapa Māori me ngā whakahaere e ārahina ana e te Māori hei whakapakari i te rangatiratanga, te kāwanatanga whakahaere me te āheinga mātanga. E ū ana mātou ki te tika, ki te pono me te aroha, ā, ka whakatere mātou i ngā āhuatanga matatini me te manaaki i ngā hononga e hua ai te angitū.
We are a Māori owned business and partner with iwi, kaupapa Māori and Māori led organisations to strengthen governance, leadership and specialist capability, operating he tika, he pono, me te aroha in all that we do.

We support Māori recruitment across a wide range of kaupapa - from Board governance and executive leadership within iwi, PSGE and pakihi Māori organisations, through to specialist Māori roles across corporate, government and community organisations. Our mahi and approach continues to evolve, shaped by lived experience, strong relationships and a deep understanding of Māori organisational contexts.
We acknowledge that recruitment within Māori and iwi environments can carry additional complexity. Many of the organisations we support have highly engaged whānau stakeholders, with governors, leaders and kaimahi often connected through whakapapa, history and shared responsibility. These dynamics matter.
Our approaches and methodologies are designed to support boards, appointment komiti and leadership to navigate this complexity with care - ensuring fair, transparent processes where all candidates can have the confidence and opportunity to come forward and be assessed objectively.

Supported by our Pou Tiaki, Trevor Moeke and Kura Moeahu, we serve clients and candidates from our tari in Tāmaki Makaurau and Te Whanganui‑a‑Tara.
E mōhio ana mātou ki te hiranga me te kawenga o te whai wāhi ki te whakahaere i ā mātou pakihi i runga i ngā whenua o ngā iwi kāinga.

Our aspiration is to deliver recruitment experiences that uphold the mana of all involved - strengthening Māori organisations, supporting confident leadership, and contributing to enduring impact across the Māori economy.
